All profits are donated. Only raw materials and other small costs are taken out. Currently there is no
labour cost as all the people involved are donating their time. However, this may change in the
future if this venture expands.
As of today, we are working with IF Charity (https://www.ifcharity.org.uk) UK charity number:
1095626). This charity is working in the current crises in Gaza. In the future, we may work with other
established charities within Palestine and the neighbouring countries where there are Palestinian

We will try everything possible to have your order ready for collection or dispatch at the earliest. But
some items may take longer, especially made to order, personalised items. This sometimes requires
extra labour or extra lead time to buy in raw materials. Please bear with us and we’ll do everything
possible to complete your order.
It is possible to refund although we discourage this as it’s a charity and 100% of profits are donated.
You may also exchange for a different item; however, we ask that the merchandise is not worn,
especially the baseball caps. Personalised merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We believe our merchandise is competitively priced compared to other suppliers. Please note other
suppliers may be non-Muslim who are benefitting unfairly from the Palestinian crises.
We encourage you to collect your order from our premises in High Wycombe. We can ship to a UK
address at a cost. We are unable to ship internationally at the moment.
